We believe that every runner should have the opportunity to receive professional training to achieve their personal running goals. We have formed GoRun Clubs in 10 cities, each led by skilled coaches offering their expertise in an all-round fitness regime with absolutely no membership fees! Making training accessible for people across the nation while keeping motivation running in our community.
Skechers GoRun Club offers professional training for all the runners, completely free of cost! Supervised, guided, and motivated by expert coaches, runners can learn pro-level techniques, strength-building exercises, and flexibility workouts without the worry of paying exorbitant membership fees!

Boosting strength levels is no easy task. But at Skechers GoRun Club, expert trainers help you level up! Coaches teach runners strength training exercises like plank, high plank, side plank, superman, etc., to build their endurance. Isometric training is beneficial for increasing muscle strength, improving joint stability, and reducing the risk of injury.
Yoga is an excellent cross-training activity for runners, as it can help improve flexibility, balance, and strength, all of which can enhance running performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Runners are GRC clubs receive strategic pyramid training - fluctuating between high-intensity to low-intensity running within a single session to elevate endurance levels!
An essential factor for improving balance & stability while running, coaches at GRC teach runners core & stability exercises like crunches, bridges, etc., for efficient form while running long distances!
Coaches train runners with interval speed training which involves short, high-intensity running alternated with low-intensity recovery by walking & rest in one training session.
While many associate marathon running with muscle wear & tear, our coaches train runners with functional strength training exercises like push-ups, lunges, and squats to ensure improved posture & running technique.

No, it's a group program for all the club members. At each club we have experienced & expert coaches to guide you for your fitness journey but one can not expect a personalised program during the Skechers GoRun Club sessions.
Yes, you must be physically fit to do any form of exercises before joining any of the sessions at Skechers GoRun Club. We consider you fit as you join the session but If you're unsure of your health status, have multiple health problems or are pregnant, speak with your doctor before joining Skechers GoRun Club . As you become the member of the Skechers GoRun Club & attend the session at GRC, you are by default agree to indemnify & hold Skechers GoRun Club harmless for any or all claims, demands, damage, rights of action or causes of action, of any person or entity that may arise from any injury, medical emergency or damage.
Yes, you can join or run in Skechers GoRun Club of any other city and avail the benefits of being a member
The session lasts, on average, 90 minutes each. We also do expert sessions or on nutrition, hydration, boot camp, etc. These sessions can last an additional 15-20 minutes.
No, It's a free session for all fitness enthusiasts as well as aspiring runners.
Yes, you can join the Skechers GoRun Club without having any fitness background or running experience. At GRC, we aspire & train members to start the journey of marathon training & become a pro athlete or a recreational runner.
At Skechers GoRun Club, We have a comprehensive approach towards marathon training along with different types of runs, strength training, Depp stretches, Runners yoga, Tabata workouts, Resistance band training, Plyometric workouts, Interval training for better performance. To assist you in getting ready for marathons, we also hold workshops on nutrition, hydration, and other topics.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to the session. It is best to wear dry-fitting, comfortable workout attire and sports shoes.
